With single shells we normally send you a quote and after receiving your approval we start building. With full drumkits we ask for 50% down payment. In extra ordinary cases (truly expensive wood or unusual specifications for example) we get in contact and settle for a agreement on down payment.
After receiving 100% payment the shells/drums will be shipped to you the next working day.

If we order your parts the full payment must have been received at our accounts in advance. Please appreciate fees, taxes and shipping costs if we order from outside Europe.

European customers are asked to use the IBAN/ BIC code for payments.
